테이스팅 노트
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1977년 증류해 11년을 보낸 피티베이크는 카덴헤드의 미니어처 블랙라벨에 담긴 희귀한 한 컷이다. 56.6도의 빽빽한 도수 속에서 향은 곡물 발효의 깊은 단맛과 진한 토피, 약한 유황이 함께 인사한다. 입에서는 다크 초콜릿과 건과일의 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 여운은 옅은 가죽과 광물성으로 길게 머문다.
