테이스팅 노트
잉글랜드 코츠월드의 완만한 구릉과 보리밭 풍토에서 자란 코츠월드 증류소의 개성이 도입을 이끈다. 2017년 빚어 7년을 채운 이 위스키는 황금빛을 띠며, 버번 배럴에 STR 와인 캐스크를 더한 마무리가 코에 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 옅은 시트러스를 올린다. 55.4도의 입안에는 보리 비스킷과 오렌지 마멀레이드, 가벼운 향신료가 또렷이 번진다. 여운은 산뜻한 과일 단맛으로 깔끔하게 마무리된다.
