잔을 천천히 돌리면 1975년 증류된 술이 옅은 호박빛으로 잔 안에서 일렁인다. 코끝에 가져가면 사라진 밴프의 잘 익은 과일과 밀랍, 마른 풀 향이 우아하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 31년 숙성이 빚은 꿀과 보리사탕의 단맛이 부드럽게 혀를 감싼다. 삼키면 오래된 오크와 가벼운 흙내음이 43도의 순한 결로 길게 이어진다.
