테이스팅 노트
첫 노즈는 미네랄이 앞서고 잠시 기다려야 해조류와 소금기, 요오드가 올라온다. 훈연은 강하게 밀어붙이지 않고 타르에 담근 훈제 청어 같은 인상으로 뒤를 받친다. 물을 더하면 젖은 양모의 소재감이 확장된다. 팰럿은 의외로 달게 시작해 레몬 리큐어와 마멀레이드가 앞서고 소금과 생선 뉘앙스가 그 뒤를 따른다. 55.9도의 캐스크 스트렝스이며 색은 화이트 와인처럼 옅다. 피니시는 중간 이상으로 시트러스가 명확하다.
