타우니 포트 바리크에서 마무리한 시간이 스웨덴 스묘겐의 거친 피트 위에 붉은 과실의 단맛을 입혔다. 향은 그을린 장작과 말린 자두, 포트 와인의 끈적한 베리가 얽혀 올라온다. 10년의 숙성에도 54.1도의 기운은 여전히 팽팽하며, 입에서는 훈제 소금과 다크 체리, 카카오의 쓴맛이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 서안 해풍을 닮은 짠 기운이 단맛을 죈다. 적갈색에 가까운 빛깔 뒤로 여운은 재와 베리 잼이 길게 남아 식지 않는다.
