1979년 증류해 2014년에 병입된 이 싱글 캐스크는 오랜 세월이 이탄을 어떻게 다듬는지 보여준다. 노즈는 풀 향이 크게 열리고 초 왁스와 사이더용 사과, 퍼티가 이어지는데 훈연은 거의 뒤로 물러나 있다. 팰럿은 둥글고 왁스 같은 질감으로 흐르며 아몬드 껍질과 마지팬, 녹차가 차례로 드러난다. 이 단계에서 연기가 다시 살아난다. 46도라는 도수가 노화된 향미를 안정적으로 지탱한다.
