향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
짙은 금빛이 잔 안에 묵직하게 고인다. 처음에는 향이 닫혀 있어 오렌지 꽃물과 신선한 버터, 백단향이 겨우 스쳐 지나간다. 물이 닿으면 약초와 의약품 같은 서늘한 향이 활짝 열린다. 입에서는 오렌지 주스와 바닐라 크림이 허브와 향신료를 감싸고 감초와 아니스, 자몽과 라임이 57.8도의 힘을 타고 넓게 퍼진다. 여운은 길지 않으나 미네랄이 또렷하며 갓 깐 아몬드의 마른 고소함으로 정돈된다.

It seems that it’s rather leafier and rounder at the same time, with notes of orange blossom water, fresh butter and sandalwood. Not too sure, it’s rather closed so far. With water: paradise. Reminds me of some 1968s and 1969s. Exceptional herbal and ‘preciously’ medicinal notes

wowie! Superb and very unusual, starting with many many herbs and spices coated with a mixture of orange juice and vanilla crème. Big liquorice and aniseed. Grapefruit and lime. Absolutely excellent, this was a great cask (I mean, is a great cask, I hope they reused it!)
