향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
버진 오크가 빚어낸 밝은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 빛난다. 시즈오카의 어린 4년 원액답게 갓 켜낸 생나무와 바닐라, 톱밥 같은 신선한 우드 향이 코끝을 두드린다. 65도의 높은 도수가 입안에서 후추와 정향, 달궈진 오크의 단맛을 강하게 밀어 올리고 어린 스피릿 특유의 풋풋한 곡물 기운이 그 사이를 가른다. 여운에는 생강과 마른 나무의 알싸함이 길게 남아, 짧은 숙성에도 강단 있는 개성을 선명하게 보여준다.

Some kind of smoky pepper in the distance, but as soon as water will be added, I'm sure everything will change. With water: it's getting more acidic, with the usual lemons, kiwis, rhubarb and granny smith, but all that remains coated with some easier honey

ah good! But really too strong for me, I'll need my tastebuds again before the end of the year. With water: quality medium peat, as I understand it this is some unpeated malt matured in an ex-peater cask, so in-cask blending. Not sure anyone's done much rinsing out here
