향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔에 따르면 옅은 황금빛이 부드럽게 일렁이며 어린 일본 위스키 특유의 청량함을 비춘다. 시즈오카 지역의 4년 숙성 버번 캐스크에서 흘러나온 향은 풋사과와 흰꽃, 갓 깎은 삼나무가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에 머금으면 65.2도라는 높은 도수가 무겁지 않은 무게로 미끄러지듯 퍼지고 시트러스 껍질과 흰 후추가 혀끝을 자극한다. 여운에는 어린 보리의 단맛과 미세한 박하 기운이 길게 이어진다.
