테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 옅은 짚빛이 유리 안쪽을 얇게 감싼다. 코를 가져가면 사과 콩포트의 달큰함이 먼저 오고 물을 더하면 오래된 장미와 코롱 같은 향이 잠시 스친 뒤 다시마와 굴, 이탄 연기로 자리를 옮긴다. 한 모금을 머금으면 55.7도의 힘이 달고 강하게 밀려들며 설탕에 절인 오렌지와 금귤이 퍼지고 후추와 겨자의 매운 기운이 뒤를 받친다. 삼키고 나면 소금과 감초가 진하게 남는다. 버번 캐스크 14년이 만든 두꺼운 질감이 인상적이다.
