향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 뜻밖에도 사과주스로 열린다. 곧이어 갓 갠 퍼티와 소금물, 오래된 석탄 난로의 재, 굴과 레몬즙이 이어지고 옅은 소독약 뉘앙스가 배경에 깔린다. 46도의 팰럿은 초반 인상이 좋으나 중반에서 다소 힘이 빠지며 짠맛이 그 자리를 대신한다. 16년 숙성치고 몸통이 가벼운 편이다. 피니시는 카올일라로서는 짧지만 소금기와 약재 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1991년 빈티지의 담백한 해석으로 볼 만하다.
