오래 묵은 짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 무겁게 잠겨 있다. 사라진 증류소 글렌 알빈의 1963년 빈티지는 코끝에 말린 과일과 밀랍, 오래된 나무의 향을 천천히 풀어놓는다. 40도의 낮은 도수에도 한 모금은 묵직하며 꿀과 흙내, 가벼운 가죽이 옛 하이랜드 몰트의 깊이를 드러낸다. 단정한 여운에는 마른 풀과 은은한 오크 향이 오래도록 머문다.
