맑고 짙은 황금빛이 잔에 차분히 자리한다. 폐쇄 증류소 글렌 알빈이 1963년에 증류되어 20년을 보낸 캐든헤드 덤피 그린 보틀의 향은 잘 익은 사과와 가벼운 시트러스, 하이랜드 특유의 단정한 몰트 캐릭터, 그리고 옛 시대의 오크통이 길어 올린 밀랍과 옅은 견과류가 우아하게 어우러진다. 한 모금에 46도의 절제된 도수가 매끄럽게 펼쳐지며 캐러멜과 마른 사과, 가벼운 시나몬, 옅은 풀잎이 차례로 흐른다. 1984년 병입의 캐든헤드 덤피 그린 보틀이 다듬어낸 사라진 증류소의 단정한 여운.
