짚빛에 가까운 옅은 색이 25년이라는 숫자를 짐작하기 어렵게 만든다. 버번 캐스크는 색보다 향을 남겨 바닐라 위로 풍선껌과 딸기 같은 단내가 먼저 올라온다. 이탄은 물러서 있다가 뒤늦게 바닷물의 짠 기운과 함께 모습을 드러낸다. 54도의 입은 의외로 달고 순하며 자몽과 옅은 소독약 뉘앙스가 스친다. 여운은 중간 길이로 깔끔하고 소금 친 버터 캐러멜이 남는다.
