테이스팅 노트
잔을 돌리면 밀짚빛이 얇게 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 카올 일라치고는 강철 같은 결이 앞서 바닷물 냄새가 크고 과실과 연기는 오히려 뒤로 물러난다. 잘 익은 루바브와 조린 과일, 민트 리큐어 같은 서늘함이 이어진다. 한 모금을 머금으면 후추와 레몬이 팽팽하게 서고 바디는 단단하다. 삼킨 뒤에는 쓴맛이 분명하게 남아 오히려 입을 개운하게 씻어내는 16년이다.
