잔을 흔들면 화이트 와인처럼 맑은 빛이 미끄러진다. 코를 가져가면 풀 냄새가 크게 밀려오고 양초 왁스와 사과주용 사과, 퍼티 같은 향이 뒤를 잇는데 연기는 거의 사라진 듯 조용하다. 한 모금을 머금으면 둥글고 왁스 같은 질감이 혀를 감싸며 아몬드 껍질과 사과 껍질, 마지팬이 이어진다. 녹차 같은 쌉쌀함이 뒤를 받친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 29년의 세월이 만든 매끄러움이 남는다.
