향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 모닥불과 석탄을 연상시키는 연기가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 이어 조개와 해조류, 호두 껍질과 흑연의 뉘앙스가 순서대로 드러나며 신선함보다 훈연 쪽으로 기운다. 40도의 팰럿은 시작부터 소금기가 강하고 감초와 캐러멜이 그 뒤를 받친다. 시간이 지날수록 안초비에 가까운 짠맛이 커지는 점이 이 미니어처의 특징이다. 피니시는 도수에 비해 길고 짠맛이 마지막까지 이어진다.

not big and maybe a tad more ‘uncoordinated’ than on the nose, with a lot of salt right from the start on top of some liquorice and caramel. Even more salt after a moment, anchovies… Even plain brine. Quite spectacular in its genre
