향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에 고요하게 잠겨 있다. 1977년에 증류해 1994년 60도로 병입된 이 미니어처는 옛 아일라의 얼굴을 그대로 담고 있어, 향에서 굴과 자갈, 마른 다시마와 백단의 냄새가 소금기 어린 이탄 위로 열린다. 입에서는 타르 비누와 올리브유, 날 것의 이탄과 그을음이 이어지고 소금물에 절인 푸른 후추알이 날을 세운다. 여운은 아주 길고 잿내와 레몬, 후추가 함께 남는다.
