코를 잔 안으로 깊이 넣으면 커피와 프랄린 같은 볶은 단맛이 먼저 나오고 보이차와 레몬 껍질이 뒤를 잇는다. 물을 더하고 다시 흔들면 배와 사과, 귤이 열리며 젖은 건초 냄새가 스친다. 한 모금을 머금으면 토피와 바닐라 퍼지가 깔리고 곧 피트와 후추, 레몬이 혀를 장악한다. 물을 더 섞으면 소금과 감초가 진해진다. 1995년에 증류해 2006년에 병입한 58.3도의 보틀링이다.
