세월이 깃든 옅은 황금빛이 잔에 맑게 잠겨 있다. 1962년에 증류해 20년을 보낸 댈위니는 코끝에서 히스 꿀과 밀짚, 옅은 향신료의 향을 은은하게 풀어낸다. 입에서는 40도의 차분한 도수를 타고 보리 단맛과 바닐라, 약간의 후추가 둥글게 흐른다. 고지대 증류소다운 맑고 부드러운 질감이 중심을 잡고, 마무리에는 꿀과 마른 풀의 여운이 잔잔하게 이어진다.
