잔을 천천히 돌리면 오크 캐스크에서 20년을 보낸 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 적신다. 코끝에 가져가면 마른 건초와 사과, 옅은 꿀향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금을 입에 머금고 굴리면 43도의 순한 질감 위로 보리 단맛과 가벼운 오크가 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 사라진 글렌 모어 증류소의 담백하고 곡물 향 짙은 여운이 또렷이 깃들어 길게 남는다.
