세월이 깊게 밴 황금빛이 잔 속에 묵직하게 잠겨 있다. 사라진 하이랜드 증류소 글렌 모어의 1975년 빈티지는 코끝에 말린 과일과 밀랍, 흙내음을 천천히 풀어놓는다. 40.6도의 낮은 도수에도 한 모금은 그윽하며 꿀과 오래된 가죽, 옅은 향신료가 옛 하이랜드 몰트의 무게를 드러낸다. 긴 여운에는 마른 풀과 은은한 오크 향이 차분하게 오래 머문다.
