테이스팅 노트
옅은 백포도주빛이 잔 속에 맑게 남는다. 만사니야 캐스크에서 마무리한 1993년 원액은 흐린 색과 달리 약재 같은 기운이 짙다. 향은 반창고와 해변의 모닥불, 요오드가 앞서고 흰 빵과 누룩, 바닷물이 뒤를 잇는다. 43도의 입은 균형이 좋아 라임과 연기, 쌉쌀한 마지팬이 나란히 흐른다. 여운은 짧지 않고 짜고 잿빛이며 연기가 혀에 오래 걸린다.
