향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
금색이 잔 속에 또렷이 어린다. 메독 와인 캐스크에서 마무리한 1991년 원액은 옛 카올 일라 특유의 페놀과 타르를 그대로 품고 있다. 향은 퍼티와 가죽, 재를 지나 청사과와 호두, 부엽토와 오래된 종이로 넘어간다. 43도의 입은 소금기가 먼저 치고 통조림 파인애플의 단맛과 호두, 겨자가 피노 셰리처럼 이어진다. 여운은 길고 잿빛이며 짠 감초가 배경에 남는다.

long, rather ashy, a tad astringent in a good way (walnut skins) and with quite some salted liquorice in the background
