향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 하쿠슈 특유의 청량한 풀 향과 가벼운 훈연 노트가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 산토리가 2018년에 18년산 48도로 병입한 이 보틀링은 일본 알프스 산자락의 청정한 환경에서 익은 위스키 특유의 결이 또렷이 발현된다. 팰럿에서는 잘 익은 배, 가벼운 박하, 흰 후추가 차례로 발전한다. 피니시는 미세한 훈연과 마른 풀의 잔향이 단정하게 이어진다.
