테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 화이트 와인 같은 옅은 빛이 얇게 퍼진다. 코를 가져가면 뜻밖에 사과즙 냄새가 먼저 인사하고 뒤이어 생퍼티와 석탄 난로의 재, 굴과 레몬즙이 차례로 자리를 잡는다. 한 모금 머금으면 소금기가 시원하게 치고 들어오지만 중반으로 갈수록 힘이 살짝 물러선다. 삼킨 뒤에는 카올 일라치고는 짧은 여운이 짭짤하고 소독약 같은 기운을 남긴 채 정리된다.
