향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 폐쇄된 브로라 1981 빈티지 특유의 왁스와 짠 미네랄 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 깊은 호박빛이 천천히 도는 가운데 셰리 캐스크가 새긴 건과일 노트가 머문다. 한 모금을 머금으면 58.1도의 알코올이 입을 강하게 데우며 28년이 빚어낸 농축된 가죽과 옅은 피트의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 브로라 특유의 짠 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.
