테이스팅 노트
짚빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 향은 버터처럼 기름지게 열려 바닐라와 모과, 시트론의 단 냄새가 먼저 오고 곧 캠퍼와 소독약, 굴, 해초, 삼베가 뒤를 잇는다. 해안의 성격이 감출 수 없을 만큼 뚜렷하다. 46도의 입은 광물성이 강해 날 선 레몬과 녹차의 떫은맛, 연기, 훈제 청어가 차례로 지나가고 질감은 뜻밖에 두껍다. 열여섯 해가 결을 단단하게 다듬었다. 여운은 길고 레몬 껍질과 후추의 매운기가 남는다.
