테이스팅 노트
노즈는 섬세하고 정돈된 쪽이다. 레몬티와 식은 재가 먼저 명확하게 드러나고 그을음과 레몬 향 비누, 아몬드 오일이 뒤를 잇는다. 시간이 지나면 훈제 청어 같은 해안의 인상으로 발전한다. 팰럿은 부드럽지만 결이 날렵하며 짠맛과 레몬 산미 위에 절제된 이탄과 옅은 후추가 얹힌다. 40도라는 낮은 도수임에도 바디가 얇지 않아 구조감이 유지된다. 피니시는 길지 않으나 짠맛이 뚜렷하게 남는다.
