향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
백포도주 같은 옅은 빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 흔들린다. 향은 뜻밖에 사과주스의 새콤함으로 열리고, 곧 퍼티와 소금물, 석탄 난로의 재, 굴, 레몬즙이 제자리를 찾아간다. 소독약을 떠올리게 하는 약재 냄새도 얇게 섞인다. 46도의 입은 첫 모금이 또렷하지만 중반에 힘이 조금 눕는다. 아메리칸 오크에서 열여섯 해를 보낸 시간이 산미를 둥글게 다듬었다. 여운은 짧은 편이어도 짠맛이 분명하고 약재의 서늘함이 마지막에 남는다.
