옅은 금빛이 잔 안에 맑게 비친다. 스코틀랜드 본토 최북단 서소에 자리한 울프번은 버번 캐스크에서 여덟 해를 보내며 깨끗하고 산뜻한 결을 키웠다. 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라, 옅은 바닷내음이 50도의 도수를 타고 가볍게 열린다. 한 모금에는 보리 사탕과 꿀, 시트러스가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 끝맛은 싱그러운 과일과 가벼운 오크를 남기며 깔끔하게 이어지고, 북쪽 바다의 옅은 짠 기운이 끝까지 비친다.
