향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
백포도주를 닮은 맑은 빛이 작은 병 속에서 투명하게 비친다. 1983년에 증류해 1996년에 담은 이 13년 위스키는 향에서 아마씨유와 바닷물, 게와 새우, 해초를 순서대로 내놓고 멘톨 섞인 연기로 마무리한다. 43도의 입은 부드럽고 둥글어 훈연한 아카시아 꿀에 레몬즙과 굴 소금물을 더한 듯한 맛이 이어진다. 훈제 연어의 기름기도 얇게 스친다. 여운은 맑고 해안의 짠 냄새가 오래 이어지며 끝에서 꿀맛이 다시 돌아온다.
