밀짚빛이 맑게 잔을 채운다. 리필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 24년을 보냈지만 무거움 대신 비 갠 초원의 서늘함이 먼저 다가오고, 신선한 버터와 여린 연기가 우롱차의 풀향과 겹친다. 53.2도의 힘은 파라핀과 초를 씹는 듯한 질감으로 드러나며 풋레몬과 날카로운 허브가 뒤를 받친다. 물을 더하면 나무껍질과 호두 속껍질이 살아난다. 여운은 길고 풀기 어린 쌉쌀함으로 오래 이어진다.

it’s the subtleness that’s impressive, many others are great but a little monodimensional. Not this one, and I especially like these touches of paraffin. Crunching a candle. Then green lemon and sharp herbs. Bites you a bit – ah, a fight, finally! With water: becomes wild! Grassy, bitterish, chlorophilly, green, tense… It fights back!
