테이스팅 노트
리필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 22년을 보냈지만 색은 화이트 와인에 가까울 만큼 옅다. 노즈는 광물성으로 시작해 시간이 지나야 해초와 요오드, 짠 기운이 올라온다. 훈연은 부드럽고 타르에 담근 훈제 청어의 인상이 뒤따른다. 55.6도의 팰럿은 의외로 달게 열려 레몬 리큐어와 마멀레이드가 앞에 선다. 소금기와 생선은 배경에 머물고 연기는 훈제 연어처럼 은근하다. 피니시는 중간에서 긴 편이며 시트러스가 지배한다.
