리필 리메이드 호그스헤드에서 나온 63.4도 캐스크 스트렝스다. 노즈는 의외로 가볍고 곡물과 풀 쪽으로 기울어 있다. 신선한 버터와 사과즙, 마른 건초가 먼저 잡히고 효모의 뉘앙스가 뒤에 남는다. 팰럿에서는 피트가 강하게 밀지 않고 바다 공기와 옅은 캐러멜이 중심을 잡는다. 높은 도수에 비해 곡물의 거친 결이 드러나는 구간이 있다. 피니시는 건조하고 나무의 떫은 기운과 에일 같은 쌉쌀함이 남는다.

Over infused herbal tea, burnt bread… It doesn’t get any better with water. 71 points . Caol Ila 12 yo (60.2%, James MacArthur, early 1990’s) spirity and even pungent. Almost undrinkable – let’s add some water… It gets a bit better – just a bit. Still very grassy and bitter. Let’s stop the pain right now. No interest whatsoever, just spirit. 69 points .
