테이스팅 노트
잔을 손안에서 돌리면 맑은 황금빛이 잔벽을 미끄러져 흐른다. 코끝으로 끌어당기면 거번 그레인다운 코코넛과 바닐라, 그 위로 녹인 버터와 옥수수의 달큰한 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 30년을 보낸 이 위스키를 한 모금 머금으면 55.8도가 따뜻하게 퍼지며 크렘브륄레와 토피의 단맛이 혀 위를 미끄러진다. 천천히 삼키면 달콤한 캐러멜과 향긋한 오크가 입안에 길게 남는다.
