향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
1977년 증류해 13년을 채운 이 커네서스 초이스는 향의 세기보다 정교함이 앞선다. 잔을 가까이 하면 석탄 먼지와 훈제 연어가 먼저 잡히고 아마인유와 유화 물감 같은 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다. 배 타르트와 오래된 밀랍이 향의 뒷면을 채운다. 팰럿은 연기와 풋사과, 왁스가 순서대로 발전하며 중반까지 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 짧고 깨끗하게 끊어지며 풋호두의 떫은 기운이 남는다. 낮은 도수에서 섬세함을 택한 구성이다.

we find the Caol Ila smoke, accompanied by slightly green apples and again, waxes. It's not extremely maritime, but the smoke is definitely present. It then becomes a bit cardboard-like, but that's the fate of many old malts bottled at 40% ABV, even more so when they have been (slightly) darkened with caramel
timer 피니시
a bit short but very clean, with green walnuts tickling the back of your palate. Like in the early sherried ones we tasted!
