테이스팅 노트
맑은 호박빛이 잔 안에 부드럽게 빛난다. 코를 가까이 하면 마르살라 와인이 남긴 건포도와 잘 익은 무화과의 향이 먼저 번지고 그레인다운 바닐라가 받친다. 입에 머금으면 스무 해가 다듬은 매끄러운 캐러멜과 와인의 달큰함이 혀를 둥글게 감싸고 52.9도의 알코올이 부드럽게 가라앉는다. 제임스 이디가 마르살라 캐스크로 마무리한 이 2005년 스트라스클라이드는 그레인의 결에 와인의 깊이를 더했다. 여운은 토피와 말린 과일로 길게 이어진다.

very smart indeed, the grain has drawn in the earthy fudgey tones of the marsala, even the faint fermentary edge and a whiff of fire-baked bread. With water: gentian! Where on earth did that come from?
