테이스팅 노트
잔을 오래 흔들어 향을 열면 36년의 나무 기운이 날카롭지 않게 풀린다. 코를 가져가면 박하와 얼그레이, 금귤과 뿌리채소의 냄새가 차례로 올라온다. 45.6도를 한 모금 머금으면 감초와 오렌지 마멀레이드, 프랄린과 말린 리치의 단맛이 겹겹이 쌓인다. 1965년 증류해 2002년에 병입한 이 위스키는 삼킨 뒤 견과와 탄닌이 함께 남아 오래된 술의 시간을 보여준다.
