진한 호박빛이 잔 깊이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1973년 탐나불린이 버번과 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 45년을 보낸 흔적은 향에서 묵은 가죽과 무화과, 마른 자두의 인상으로 풀려나간다. 한 모금을 머금으면 시간이 깎아낸 매끄러운 셰리 단맛이 입천장을 천천히 덮고, 흑설탕과 호두, 다크 초콜릿의 풍미가 또렷이 깃든다. 40도의 절제된 도수는 반세기에 가까운 시간 속에 정련되어 거칠지 않고, 마지막에는 묵은 흙과 시가 박스의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
