향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 초반에 라프로익을 떠올리게 하는 소독약과 콜타르의 인상이 앞서고 바닷물의 짠 기운이 그 사이를 채운다. 몇 분이 지나면 아몬드와 사과, 퍼티 같은 조용한 향으로 발전한다. 팰럿은 소금물과 라임 즙이 지배적이며 멘톨 담배와 감초 방울이 뒤를 받친다. 50.8도의 몸집이 적당해 자극과 밀도가 모두 확보된다. 피니시는 길고 피트가 강하며 멘톨과 레몬 드롭의 청량함이 끝을 산뜻하게 정리한다. 19년 숙성 다이멘션스다운 명확한 윤곽이다.

a rather Laphroaiggy one at first nosing, rather in the style of the DL for the Whisky Barrel that we had recently. But the smokiness is bigger, not tamed by age yet, and there’s also quite some carbolineum, antiseptic and seawater. Also diesel oil, Motul motor oil (I’ve decided to be more precise with motor oils – I’m joking) and a little coal tar. All that becomes quieter after a few minutes, with more room for almonds, apples, plasticine and putty

long, peaty, with more menthol and lemon drops, which gives a pleasant freshness to the aftertaste
