향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 날카롭고 스피릿에 가까운 인상이 먼저 두드러진다. 곡물과 견과의 결 위로 마른 건초, 파라핀과 디젤 같은 광물성 뉘앙스가 명확하게 드러나고 테레빈유의 기미까지 스친다. 팰럿은 왁스질의 단맛으로 열리지만 곧 거칠고 풀내 나는 후추 자극이 앞선다. 46도라는 낮은 도수에도 인상은 오히려 금욕적이다. 피니시는 길고 허브 계열이며 파라핀과 풋내 나는 타닌이 남는다. 1992년 캐올 일라의 다소 투박한 변주를 보여 주는 보틀링이다.

much sharper, more spirity, very grainy and nutty. Certainly more middle-of-the-road than the two Glenuries we just had. Gets then grassier (hay), with quite some paraffin, diesel oil… quite rough but actually quite stylish at the same time. We have also whiffs of turpentine and linseed oil. A painter’s studio?

sweet, waxy again, but gets quite acrid, grassy, peppery, drying… Not much pleasure on the palate this time. Like if you chewed wax – or rather paraffin
timer 피니시
long, herbal, with still a lot of paraffin and green tannins. This one is a little difficult I think but it’s an interesting variant, more austere. 81 points.
