옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1975년 증류되어 21년을 보낸 스페이번의 카덴헤드 어센틱 컬렉션은 향에서 마른 풀과 옅은 꿀, 잘 익은 사과가 차례로 일어나고 입에서는 시리얼의 곡물향과 가벼운 캐러멜, 향긋한 향신료가 풀바디로 흐른다. 60.2도라는 캐스크 강도가 21년 세월에도 단단히 살아남아 길게 풀려나오며 스페이사이드 특유의 단맛이 길게 머문다.
