테이스팅 노트
짙은 적갈색이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 빛난다. 스페이사이드의 스페이번이 퍼스트필 셰리 버트에서 19년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 오렌지 마멀레이드와 말린 무화과, 정향의 향을 풍성하게 피워 올린다. 58.6도의 한 모금은 끈적한 흑설탕과 건포도, 계피가 깊게 어우러지며 셰리가 입힌 두꺼운 단맛을 또렷이 드러낸다. 여운은 마른 과일과 따뜻한 향신료로 길고 진하게 잠겨든다.

I like those things rather a lot, but I’m not sure I need a 20-year-old Scotch malt to appreciate these flavours
