테이스팅 노트
노즈는 맑게 시작했다가 곧 버터와 오트밀 쪽으로 기운다. 레몬 드롭스와 토닉 워터의 산미, 바닷물의 짠기와 새콤한 사과가 이어지며 밀짚색이라는 옅은 색과 잘 맞아떨어진다. 팰럿은 54.6도의 힘을 싣고 단맛으로 열린 뒤 소금기가 앞서고 무르익은 사과와 후추, 옅은 효모 뉘앙스가 따라온다. 스물여섯 해 숙성이지만 여전히 깔끔하고 조밀하다. 피니시는 길고 단맛과 이탄, 후추가 고르게 이어진다.
