테이스팅 노트
밀짚빛이 잔 안에서 담백하게 빛난다. 향은 따뜻하고 수지 같아 새 타이어의 고무와 장뇌, 오렌지 리큐어의 달콤함이 연기와 함께 올라온다. 시간이 지나면 젖은 낙엽과 버섯, 정원에서 태우는 모닥불 냄새로 옮겨간다. 입에서는 오렌지 마멀레이드의 잼 같은 단맛이 먼저 퍼지고 고수와 레몬그라스, 자몽 껍질의 쌉쌀함이 뒤를 잇는다. 스물아홉 해를 보낸 55.2도의 이 카올 일라는 여운까지 약재 같은 훈연과 감귤로 이어진다.
