테이스팅 노트
진한 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 잠긴다. 아몬티야도 셰리 버트에서 20년을 보낸 이 오래된 보틀링은 코끝에 구운 견과와 건포도, 짭조름한 셰리의 향을 복합적으로 풀어낸다. 59.7도의 강한 술기운이 묵직하게 입을 채우며 흑설탕과 호두, 마른 향신료가 겹겹이 쌓인다. 여운에는 아몬티야도 특유의 고소한 짠 단맛과 오크의 쌉싸름함이 길게 남아 1978년 증류액이 머금은 묵직한 깊이를 전한다.
