테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 43도라는 낮은 도수에도 연기가 곧장 잔 밖으로 올라온다. 코를 가져가면 순수한 피트 냄새가 거의 전부를 차지하고 젖은 풀 같은 초록빛 기운이 뒤늦게 붙는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 훈연이 혀를 넓게 덮지만 과실 단맛은 좀처럼 나서지 않아 결이 단순하게 느껴진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 연기와 후추가 길게 남아 피트 자체를 즐기려는 사람에게 맞는 보틀링이다.
