테이스팅 노트
창백한 볏짚색이 잔에 얕게 깔린다. 향은 오직 피트 하나로 밀고 들어와 짙은 연기가 다른 요소를 거의 덮어버리고 뒤늦게 풀의 기운만 옅게 비친다. 43도로 낮춘 입에서는 연기가 여전히 앞서지만 과실의 단맛이 부족해 균형이 한쪽으로 기운다. 열두 해의 숙성이 오크의 살을 충분히 붙이지 못한 인상이다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 연기와 후추의 매운 기운이 단정하게 남아 마지막을 지킨다.
