노즈에서는 PX 셰리 호그스헤드로 마무리한 글렌 스페이 2007의 진한 건포도와 당밀 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 11년 숙성한 이 보틀링은 무화과와 흑설탕이 뒤따라 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 58.9도에서 토피와 정향, 마른 베리가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 PX의 끈끈한 단맛과 쌉쌀한 오크로 길게 이어지며 구조가 단단하다.

it happens that sherry casks impart a rather nice earthiness, and that’s what’s happening here. Other than that, we’re rather finding crude chocolate (like 100%, really) and perhaps some mushrooms.
